Sean Paul Cluj Pulse Mainstage
1. Provider obligations
The Provider undertakes to deliver the Artist for a live performance at the Venue on the Show Date, with a minimum stage time of 60 minutes, in accordance with the technical and hospitality riders attached as Annex A and Annex B.
2. Promoter obligations
The Promoter shall procure the Venue, arrange all local production (sound, light, backline) per the Artist rider, secure all permits, and provide ground transport, accommodation, and per-diems to the Artist party as per Annex B.
3. Payment schedule
Total Artist Fee shall be paid in two installments. 50% as a non-refundable deposit upon contract signature, 50% in cleared funds 24 hours prior to soundcheck. All payments are net of taxes; withholding tax certificates to be issued promptly.
4. Cancellation and force majeure
If Promoter cancels less than 60 days before the Show Date, the deposit is forfeited and the balance becomes immediately due. Force majeure events covered include government restrictions, natural disaster, and serious illness substantiated by a written medical certificate.
5. Marketing and press
Promoter shall use the Artist name, image, and likeness solely for promotion of the Show. All artwork, ticketing copy, and press releases must be reviewed and approved in writing by the Agency before publication.
6. Recording and broadcasting
No part of the performance may be recorded or broadcast (audio, video, livestream) without separate written authorization. A 90-second sizzle clip for social media is permitted under the Agency standard social pack.
7. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising hereunder shall first be addressed in good-faith negotiation; failing resolution within 30 days, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Bucharest.
